In Chicago Limo's years of serving the Chicago area, we have encountered the same questions time and time again from our new customers. To save you time in the booking process, we have listed those questions here. If we have not addressed your questions here on the site, please don't hesitate to give us a call. The number is at the top of this page. Here are our most frequently asked questions:
Q: What happens if we stay longer?
A: You can rest assured that there will be no additional fees for this! We love for our customers to have a great time on the road, so if you want to keep the limo longer, we'll just continue charging you at the very same hourly rate that we've been charging you at the whole time. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises on your bill. That's all there is to it.
Q: Should we clean the bus before returning it to you?
A: We simply ask that the limo is returned in the same condition that it was received in. We appreciate you wiping up any spills, and taking your beverage bottles off the bus, because the law does not allow us to hold them for you.
Q: Do you provide alcohol for us or must we bring our own?
A: We legally cannot provide it to you, but you are definitely welcome to bring your own. We have gorgeous bars on every vehicle, often made from LED-lit acrylic or upscale granite. We provide ice and cups, so all you need to do is bring your favorite liquor and mixers for cocktails, a bottle of bubbly, or perhaps a case of beer! It's up to you.
Q: Is smoking OK on the bus too?
A: We're sorry, but no. Out of respect for our nonsmoking customers we ask that you please refrain from smoking in our vehicles.
Q: Where else can I get a Limo?
Q: Are you open all year round?
A: Not only all year round, but seven days a week, and twenty-four hours a day! The only thing you need to realize is that we may be booked already by the time you call, so when you are able to, we appreciate bookings that are at made at least two weeks in advance. Of course, we will do our best to handle your last minute bookings too!
Q: I'd like to book a Navigator limo, Hummer limo, or standard limousine. Who do I need to get in contact with?
A: It's as simple as placing a call to 312-626-2811, or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. With just a minimum of information and a small credit card deposit over the phone, we'll be able to secure your desired date of service and choose a vehicle that is best for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
